Medium pre-shredding 40-300mm

For pre-shredding of industrial waste plastics to output fraction sized 40-300mm with a higher hourly capacity are used double-shaft shredders series DRN, DRK and DRT.

Double-shaft shredders series DRN and DRK - medium power size series of slow speed double-shaft shredders with one drive are used shredders series DRN and DRK. The principle of shredding is the cutting of the materials on the edges of segments with intermediate rings, stacking on the shafts of the shredders. For tack-free, fragile and mechanically easily shredding materials can be used sieve under the working area, for attainment of smaller and homogenous output fraction. In general, the size of the holes in the sieve could not be smaller than width of cutting segments. The hourly capacity of shredders series DRN and DRK ranges 500-1500 kg/h.
