The pelletizing production line Standard

The line is used for the efficient processing of biomass (hay, straw, peelings, threshing, weed, etc.) from grasses, grains, oil plants, leguminous plants, energy plants to quality fuel in the form of agro pellets.

Input materials

Input materials are packets of a cylinder shape with a diameter up to 150 cm, square packets of the size max. 150x150cm. For this can also be used loose or bulk materials. Input moisture of material is up to 14%. When the moisture is more than 14%, the line must be equipped with an intermediate level of drying. The basic design of lines assumes output of pellets in big bags or in containers. The operation of all lines is continuous. The management of the line is central on one control panel. . The line is served with one worker, including manipulation with packets, exchange of big-bags, etc.

The line is identical to composition of the line “Standard”, supplemented by bunker and screw conveyor for admixtures.

Input materials

Cutting waste or dry wood planning (sawdust, wood shavings). The moisture of input material should not exceed 14%. Otherwise it is necessary to dry the material.

Output product - Pellets

• The output consists of strongly compacted granules of 6-14 mm (depending on the used special sieve) and a length of 1-3 times the diameter, without chemical additives
• Packed in a big bag, container, or loosely stocked
