Processing of electro cables

Technology for processing of electric cables is composed of a part with pre-shredding, magnetic separation, fine shredding and sorting plastics and metals for the particular fractions. The cables are first pre-shredded to smaller pieces in the slowly running double shaft shredders. Magnetic metals, which could damage the rotor and knives of high speed mill, are separated on the output conveyor. In the high speed knife mill, the cables are milled to a fine pulp. Then the brush is transported by a pneumatic transport through bunker to sorter trays (wet or dry separation), where in the brush is divided accordingly to different materials (plastics, metal).

The whole technological line is sucked by the industrial extractor with adequate filtration. Quantity and purity of the obtained non-ferrous metals are dependent on the type of processed cables. Part of our supply is a project, which clarifies the overall layout of the technology and the production and purchase of individual technological components. The installation with a connection to the control system and providing subsequent services is a guarantee that operator is only in charge of providing input and output.
