For final tyres shredding to the required output size of fraction are used slow speed double-shaft shredders of DRT series. For easier shredding, the tyres enter the shredder already pre-shredded from the first degree of shredding. The pieces of tyres are continuously fed into the hopper of the shredder which makes the processing easier of shredding with using a maximum hourly capacity of the shredder.
Double shaft shredders of DRT series - the strongest double shaft shredders with one drive are shredders DRT series. In line for tyres processing, they are used as a second or third degree of shredding. Robustness, reliability and power parameters of this shredders series are represented by the fact that this is our bestselling series. The hourly capacity of shredder series DRT is about 1500 - 2500 kg / h.
