Drum shredders
Drum shredders of DRB series - with a special treatment they are suitable for shredding of agricultural products (straw, grass, cereals etc.). It is a process of the disruption of agricultural products structure. The purpose is to speed up the fermentation process in biogas plants. The shredding is performed by a rotary mechanism of the shredder by the influence of the impact by crushing chain into the shredded material. This leads to disruption of organic structure and following faster decomposition process and the release of biogas in the fermenter. Thanks to the high turns, the result is a very high efficiency of shredding and mechanical disruption of the product´s structure.
